Advising Course Plan - Philosophy Major 3-Year Plan

This advising plan shows an example of working through the requirements for the major in three years.  It is appropriate for students who have already completed eight units of coursework.  The student’s individual academic plan will be developed in consultation with an adviser and reviewed each semester prior to registering for the next semester.  This plan assumes that the student has taken either introduction to philosophy or introduction to logic prior to the first semester in the plan.

The following is a merely recommended three-year plan. Note only PHIL 399 (taken spring of your 2nd of 3 years) and PHIL 499  (your third year in the fall semester) need to be taken at a specified time and in a specified order.
