General Policy

In all College of Arts and Sciences Graduate Programs, students must comply with the attendance policy specified by each course instructor in the syllabus.

In all School of Business Administration Graduate Programs, students must comply with the attendance policy specified by each course instructor in the syllabus.

Graduate Leave of Absence Policy

• Approved Leave Duration: Students granted an official Leave of Absence (Graduate Leave) maintain active student status for three consecutive semesters.

• Inactivity After Three Semesters: If the student fails to register during the third consecutive semester, they will be classified as a University Exit in the fourth consecutive semester.

• Returning After Inactivity: To return after becoming inactive, the student must:

  • Submit an Admissions Re-Entry Application.

  • Understand that re-entry is not guaranteed; the application is subject to review and approval.
