2

BIOL 300 can be taken in the spring of the 3rd year

3

BIOL 300- or 400-level courses can be taken in any order.

4

The JSEM can be taken in the spring instead of the fall.

5

The last two required upper division Biology courses must be chosen from BIOL 301BIOL 314BIOL 315BIOL 425BIOL 401BIOL 409BIOL 410BIOL 415, .

6

CHEM 204 can be taken in the 4th Year.

Two core courses are required for the MCB major (Core course options: BIOL 302BIOL 425, and CHEM 204). BIOL 302 can be taken instead of BIOL 425 or CHEM 204

+

Students can concurrently take BIOL 141P with CHEM 141P and/or BIOL 142P with CHEM 142P. However, student must obtain additional academic advising and get permission from their academic advisor before enrolling in both courses.
